Internet banking
     This service is defined as rendering e-banking services and providing access to bank accounts via Internet. The holders of centralized accounts and Interbank Telecommunication Network cards may make use of this service through www.ebanksepah.ir.
 
 
Telephonebanking
     It is a system for customers to receive e-banking services through telephone lines. The telephonebank number of centralized accounts is 021 64058.
 
 
Mobile banking
     This service provides the customer with software capable of being installed on his/her cell phone enabling him / her to receive e-banking services via call phone round the clock.
 
 
SMS banking
     SMS Banking is a system whereby customers could receive or check the turnover and balance of their accounts on cell phone.
The account holders who have cell phones may use the system via completion of the related form and submission of the phone's bill or deed.
 
 
ATM
     Besides receiving cash, the holders of ATM and Golden current accounts can enjoy other services of ATMs such as balance notification, funds transfer to other ATM and golden current accounts, statement delivery to related addresses, funds deposit, check collection, and utility bills payment. Moreover, the holders of other banks' cards may receive cash and be informed of the balance.
 
 
POS in markets and shopping centers
     Bank Sepah installs POS's in shopping centers in order to facilitate the transactions, create peace of mind for customers, minimize personal reference to branches and reduce cash utilization.
 
 
Online Debit-Credit (Real-Time Transactions)
     The Bank has established an online debit-credit system to facilitate the flow of funds throughout branches network. Users may refer to the nearest branch and fill out the related form; indicating account umber, name of the beneficiary, receiver branch's name and the amount; so that funds will be credited right after registration of the transaction.
 

RTGS (Real-Time Gross Settlement [SATNA])
     Customers use the system (called SATNA as its Persian acronym) in order to transfer funds from own accounts with Bank Sepah to branches of other banks instead of making use of interbank checks.
 
 
ACH (Automated Clearing House [PAYA])
     Paya system as the substructure of account-based interbank transactions, makes it possible for the banking network to electronically carry out all interbank transactions for their customers.
This system has been designed to mechanize masses of interbank minor payments and after the completion of the execution phase, the rendering of banking payment services through other gateways such as Internet will be possible.
The banks that are members of Paya, can give instructions based on the customer's request for withdrawal or depositing on other banks' accounts.
With ACH system, The Central Bank of I.R. Iran has made it possible to wire an amount of money from an account in a bank to another in other bank (interbank). The bank customers can also make such transfers through the above- mentioned system.
 
 
Purchase Card
     Bank Sepah intends to replace the traditional methods of offering fringe benefits with new methods based on IT through presenting different solutions to organizations and corporations. To meet this goal Bon card as an alternative service was introduced to the organizations and institutes.
In this respect, the Bank has issued purchase cards at the request of organizations and corporations.
 
 
Travel Card
     In order to encourage retired and working personnel of organizations, corporations and institutions to travel and enable staff to utilize facilities of hotels, motels and travel agencies, travel cards are issued by Bank Sepah as the sole agent of this national project.
 
 
House clearing automated system
